12 year old Manasa Hariprakash, a student of Guru
Sri. Palghat Ramprasad, presented a Mikeless Kutcheri this Sunday (March 3)
morning between 7am and 8am at the Nageswara Rao Park in Mylapore. Mikes and
Speakers are not used at the Kutcheri.
Accompanied on the Violin by Thirucherai Karthik and on the Mirudangam by Sunaada Krishna Amai, Manasa presented compositions that included Siva Siva Siva Enarada (Pantuvarali), Elle Ilang Kiliye (Begada), Kanchadalayadakshi (Kamala Manohari) and Eesane Indha Ezhai (Chakravakam).
